[Q][ROM][LGL7]Question of Cr3pt's ROMs topic

Hi guys!I search a good ROM for my LG P700.I used cyano10,cyano11,slimbean and PAC MAN ROMs(but PAC MAN are a very ****)
I sow the Cr3pt's ROM's and I used only Cr3pt's cyano11,but it wasn't very faster,but the other ROMs are liked from some user and I need help about use the PA,the CrystalPA and the AOKP.What's the faster?And i like 200-250 MB RAM freed on ROM.
