[Q] getting my boot looped kyocera a new os topic

I have a boot looped kyocera event 32 gig nice phone i want to put kali liux or ubuntu on her but shes boot looped and i cant get into developer tools to run adb debugging bridge can you help me my computer sees that shes pluged in but i have no access to her i run ubuntu 14
