[Q] Storage Problems N7000 4.1.2 topic

I flashed CM11 from Herna, decided to revert back to stock 4.1.2 and I face this problem. Storage related. Please look at the sceeenshot I've provided below. I am sorry for being noobish if this has been asked before. I am no expert, but I love Android. I love my note.

USB storage appears out of nowhere
Internel Memory is tiny
External SD is fine.
