I began with a Sony Xperia R800a, 2.3.3, Rooted w/ UL Bootloader. I tried to flash to the Gin2KitKat ROM, by flashing from a .zip. But afterward, i ended up with 
appearing on my phone, with nothing happening. Can anyone help me fix what happened and successfully get the ROM installed? I don't quite know what I'm doing, and it's been about a month since this happened, and I just decided to leave it alone for the time being.
