[Softbricked] HTC ONE MINI TAMPERED LOCKED SECURITY WARNING S-ON topic

Hi all, first time in this forum and i hope someone would save me!

I have an HTC One Mini 2

i'm **TAMPERED** **LOCKED** **SECURITY WARNING** and S-ON
so from hboot and fastboot i can't do anything (also enter in recovery mode)

via usb in hboot i can use fastboot command but not adb command (for that i have to turn on my device which restart in 30 secs so it's very hard)
in that way no fastboot command works always say security warning failure or something like that

as far as i can understand
i have to get it back to stock state but for doing that i need a RUU (fastboot flash is useless and as i sayed i can't do anything with adb in fastboot mode) with the same version of my device (correct?)

in order to do that i have downloaded from htc the mem_ul source to compile with AOSP but on the phone there aren't the proc/
config.gz file and i'm stucked here.

these are the fastboot getvar all instruction.

[Q] Soft-Bricked Galaxy S5 G900A topic

I'm new to this and I bricked my phone pretty quickly. I'm trying to return it to stock. I have the MD5 file from sammobile. Whenever I try to start the process in Odin v3.10 (I've tried other versions and other MD5 files) I get

<OSM> Enter CS for MD5..
<OSM> Check MD5.. Do not unplug the cable..
<OSM> Please wait..
<OSM> G900AUCU1ANCE_G900AATT1ANCE_G900AUCU1ANCE_HOME.tar .md5 is valid.

[Q] Soft-bricked S5 G900A after downgrading from OA1 topic

Hi all. Long time reader, first time poster.

I was rooted on NG3 and figured I'd downgrade to NCE so I could get the 4.4.4 update. 4.4.4 wouldn't update in that condition and I wanted to ensure I'd be able to get Lollipop (it is coming, AT&T, right?). I backed up everything in Kies, downgraded to NCE and took the OTA to 4.4.4. All was well and then when I went to restore my backup from Kies, it told me I could backup everything except my apps. Being lazy, I figured I'd start all over and do the restore of all my apps while still on 4.4.2, then take the OTA to 4.4.4 again.

I started all over using the method linked below, but after Odin finishes and the S5 reboots, the Samsung splash logo animation almost finishes, pauses for a few seconds and the screen goes black and the notification LED is on blue and becomes non-responsive.

I've tried going into recovery and wiping cache and data and starting the Odin process linked below again with the same results for the past 3-4 hours. I've tried Kies update and initialization but that tells me my phone isn't compatible. Did 4.4.4 do something with the boot-loader and now it's incompatible with 4.4.2?

Any ideas or other options? Thanks in advance!

[Q] R800a - Soft-bricked, need help topic

I began with a Sony Xperia R800a, 2.3.3, Rooted w/ UL Bootloader. I tried to flash to the Gin2KitKat ROM, by flashing from a .zip. But afterward, i ended up with this screen appearing on my phone, with nothing happening. Can anyone help me fix what happened and successfully get the ROM installed? I don't quite know what I'm doing, and it's been about a month since this happened, and I just decided to leave it alone for the time being.

[Q] help! soft-bricked my phone :/ topic

Hi. I'm new to the forum but not new to android and samsung. I got greedy and impatient and wanted to load the lollipop G900T update on my G900A. I got root with the OA1 update, installed busybox, installed safestrap. Tried to install G900T update, but the phone rejected it. Thought I could be even more adventurous and install cyanogenmod so I went into safestrap and did a system wipe, which is where my problems began.

Here's what I can do:
-go into recovery
-go into download mode
-install files from odin
-see the battery charge animation when the phone is off

Here's what my problem is:
as soon as i start the phone, i get the galaxy s5 logo powered by android along with the giant unlocked lock that says custom (busybox or safestrap i assume). then i see the samsung animation and then it freezes. then i get a black screen with the pulsating blue light at the top of the phone. my guess is that it was soft brick so i tried to find every guide on the internet to reset it and it still comes back to that unlocked lock and freezing animation. as probably few of you have experienced, i began to think the worst - should i sell it for parts? is there a religious ritual? what am i going to do?

Here's what i've tried:
-following these http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2785363
-flashing stock from sammobile
-doing both along with a nand erase all function
-attempting to install the BL file from the first link (fail)

i know the g900a isn't particularly a developer-friendly device with the locked bootloader and att being att, but please tell me there's hope. i can supply any odin logs you want.

p.s. if it helps, i get the fused 2 binary 1 when i try to flash sammobile stock file. or the bootloader file from the first link.

[Q] Help requested with a soft-bricked x920e topic

Dear XDA members,

I hope you can help me with a problem I am trying to fix for a friend with his HTC Butterfly x920e. I'll try and keep it as short as possible.

The Butterfly was bought recently in Germany. On the back the model number is designated as PL 99300 x920d. After unlocking the bootloader (via htcdev website) and installing TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project) in order to flash a new custom rom, his telephone is now a "soft brick". He then asked me to take a look at it as I have a little experience with flashing Android devices.

After much searching I have discovered that the telephone is not an x920d model as is printed on the phone itself, but an x920e.

So, my question is, can someone please point me to the necessary software to restore the telephone to its original state or at least a working state? I have looked on the htcdev website for above mentioned RUU's but can find none for this model. On this forum I can only find roms for x920d. TWRP is currently installed, and the phone appears to work fine, I just can't find suitable software te re-install it with.

Any and all help would be muchly appreciated and I thank you in advance for taking the time and trouble to read and hopefully respond to this.

Kindest regards,

Noobiness

PS For completeness of information the bootloader reports:
