[Q] OTA won't come topic

As of the 29th of January I have the android lollipop v20f on my LG G3 and am waiting for the v20h to get all the Lollipop fetures with it. Sadly, I haven't recieved it, and I wouldn't be so mad if I didn't know that a friend of mine got it already. The funny thing is that we bought the phone in the sam shop and are living not that far away from each other. How does it come that he gets an update much faster than I do (I got Lollipop maybe a week or so after he recieved it)...?
