[Q] Nexus 6 with CM12 not charging topic

I've installed an unofficial CM12 ROM, using faux123 kernel. Good battery life, but when I plug it in to charge at night while booted, it will not charge. If I dower down, it charges fine. If I power down, then restart, it will charge. But if I just plug in from a days work, it does not.

Any ideas?
