[Q] [need help] HD Desire HD A9191 topic

First of all thanks for viewing this thread! I really need help for my HTC Desire HD A9191 (a gift from a friend)

The problem is, im stuck on the old 2.3.5 i cant even install some of the latest games,. like COC etc.
I want to flash the ROM with the latest ROM here or of any kind.. I have tried several tools:
due to the locked bootloader:

Windroid Universal Tool Kit / HTCDev Tools
cant get token ID still theres Error/ Access denied / Permission Denied
