How i can install stock rom to HTC Desire SV topic

I tried this method : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...60&postcount=5 but doesn't work.
This file .rar and i can't install it in recovery mod. I convert it to zip and then gives that error: " Installation aborted. " when installing. Help me please :S . I've peptic ulcer and now my stomach hurts a lot.

hello,

i have purchased a refurb Desire HD,

in Box and the mobile casing sticker shows Desire HD PD9810000 where the HBOOT(SHIP S-OFF) shows PD9812000 , i had AT&T Ruu installed by default when i purchased the phone

my wifi and bluetooth is not working properly , it just hangs the phone (pulling out the battery solves this) and sometimes it connects but automatically turns off and turns on again

i think its because wrong RUU is installed in the phone .. if i run Desire HD RUU it says MODEL ID error where Inspire 4G RUU runs fine.

im so confused pls Help :(

i want to convert my MODEL ID so that i can install the Desire HD RUU , at the Back it shows HTC where Inspire 4g shows at&t logo :(

What is the stablest ROM for Desire HD out there? I do NOT need extra features/options/customizations. Just a simple, super fast, stable and reliable ROM is enough for me. And the Android version does NOT matter either. It doesn't matter if it's 4.0.4 or 4.4.4. It has no difference for me. I only want it to function fast enough, excellently and be 100% stable.

One of my friends had just purchased a new HTC desire 820
when someone calling him only the upper speaker works while ringing ,but when he play whatever videos or music files the two speakers works fine.
Is that issue a hardware or software issue .
what could he do to fix this issue !!!!
