[Q] HTC KAISER - Going back to windows 6 OS topic

Hello friends. I 've got HTC KAISER 130.
I bought it from a guy who tried it to flash android in it. Now it is stucked in bootloop with penguin logo. Somemone can explain me how can i restore it to its factory OS. I mean windows mobile 5 or 6 OS. Thanks
