[Q] Alarms not going off topic

I'm on Chuppa Rom (latest build) and I seem to be having an issue with my notifications and my alarm.

My alarms: I have timely and Alarm Clock Xtreme on because I've had bad experiences with the stock alarm app in the past. Timely still rings the alarm but not at the time I set. Maybe a few minutes later after the time I've set it to. My Alarm Clock Xtreme doesn't even ring. I have the notification of the next alarm on my notification tray as do I have the widget on the home screen. Also, my WhatsApp notifications too come in late (sometimes by half an hour!!). My sync is turned on so I don't know what else I can do.

[Q] bricked my lg g2 d802,not going into download mode + my screen has white lines topic

hello guys,im new here i need your help..
I bricked my d802 today,i was on stock kitkat rom,what i did was rooted my device with towel root and used Autorec to install recovery,it installed successfully,then i clicked ''go to recovery'' then all i get were white lines on one side of screen and rest of screen is black(cant see anything).. after digging for hours i came to know that it is because of different Kernel version,but now i want to know how can i flash patched Kernel? as my device is bricked.. It is also not going into download mode so i cant also flash a stock rom.. tried Adb but it is not detecting my device... im completely lost :(
A tutorial or help will be appreciated.Thanks im waiting for your replies

I have a Sprint Galaxy S4 (SPH-L720), non-spark edition.

It is currently running the Euroskank CM12 Feb 22 nightly.

Everything is working well, except I no longer have any voice/text service. Data (4G LTE), however, works.

Sprint has told me to update my profile/PRL, however, I don't think those options exist in CM12? So I've decided to go back to stock.

I downloaded the L720VPUFNAE_L720SPTFNAE_L720VPUFNAE_HOME.tar.md5 file and am using Odin v3.09

It gets very far (>90%) in the install process before it fails:

Do I need a PIT file? Do I extract that from the L720VPUFNAE_L720SPTFNAE_L720VPUFNAE_HOME.tar file?

And now I think I might really want one. Trouble is, I have to buy all my phones unsubsidized, as I'm on a business account through my job and I'm not "important" enough to warrant a high-end Android device. So I was thinking I could sell my Shooter, 2 EVO LTEs (a white one and a black one) and an M8 to try and raise funds for it. I assume the price will be around 0, as has been the case with previous flagship devices.

Anyone know of a good place to get good prices on these devices? I'd like to defer the cost a bit if I can, otherwise I won't be able to get one until next year or later (also have to save up for an anniversary gift for my "first mate" lol). Priorities, I guess.

It seems like there's going to be a good crowd on this device so I think I'd really like to be a part of it.

Please share your suggestions so I can make this happen! :)

Are you going to root your S6? topic

So over the past few months I've noticed that I've been needing root access less and less to get things done...

Think I'm actually going to try and keep the S6 stock... unless there's something really annoying about Lollipop that only a root will fix...

Going to use 1080p on this device for a few days topic

I'm going to downscale the device resolution to 1080p for a few days if the 2K screen really affects the battery that bad.. If you want to do this, download Resolution Changer from Google Play, and set the screen res to 1080x1920 480 dpi, apply and reboot (important to reboot, if not, the UI will be messed up)

1. How does the perform after all the stock updates to this date? I know touchwiz is laggy but apart from that, does the phone hang while mild multitasking?

2. Heard the phone has overheating issue? (any comments on this)

3. People reporting about the phone restarting on its own, randomly or while charging?

4. How bad is the screen flickering? I think the fix is somewhere in the fourms.

5. Is there all the (note 3) s pen features on (note 3 neo), or is it a cut down thing, like reduced pressure senstivity or something?

So, I just jumped to the Note 4 and want to know if r is an official update. I flashed it back to R using flash tools before I send it back to tmobile, just want to mke sure I am on an official firmware and dont have to worry about them finding out i rooted and stuff

[Q] Help with sero plan going from HTC TP2 to S4 (Sprint) topic

Hey folks,

I have been searching this website and don't think I have found the answers I need. If the answer is here, if someone could point to it, I would be grateful.

Right now I have the TP2 on the Sprint sero plan () I read on another forum that I would be able to clone certain files from TP2 to the S4 in order to get the legacy plan working on the S4.

I found this thread here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2060085 that talks about getting 3G working. But the thread starts out with the assumption that I can get voice and text working first. I don't know how to do that. :( Is there a video or a thread that can show me how to get the voice and text working and then I can start with the 3G?

I bought it from a guy who tried it to flash android in it. Now it is stucked in bootloop with penguin logo. Somemone can explain me how can i restore it to its factory OS. I mean windows mobile 5 or 6 OS. Thanks
