[Q] Help Needed Please topic

greetings

last night i flashed the new 5.0.2 Lollipop Rom (CM12)

i noticed the the notification light on the front is low and mixing colors together for example ( the yellow with the red ) ( the white with blue )

and the camera keeps stopping (( unable to lunch camera )) i have to reboot the phone every time i switch between the image mode and the video mode ...
anyone know what causing the problem ???? Please help
