Boot Help Needed topic

I have installed Dorimanx ROM and when I boot the phone it always goes to the magldr menu where I have to scroll down and pick option 3 to get it to boot; option 3 is Boot AD NAND.
How can I fix this problem?

Hi Everyone, I see there have been several posts on this topic - but many of those threads (all I have seen) are from last year or older - none seemed to be successful - so I thought I would start a new thread. I have been trying for a couple of weeks to root my new Enlighten phone - what was the final conclusion that worked? I have tried a few different methods but none have been successful - I do have root access. Thank you very much!!!

Hi, just got this phone. Got to rooting and twrp 2.8.5 and everything's good.
The main problem I have with this phone is how to flash a new rom. Seems like different variants have different methods and I ended up bricking my device 3-4 times.
Just recently, I tried to flash Simple Rom v1.2 and followed all the steps, still bricked the device.
I learned how to flash back to stock using the LG Flash Tools. Before it was working fine, but now somehow my device changed model??
Before it was ls980 on zve software, but now when I tried flashing the tot file again, it says that it's the wrong model and my device is d802 :confused:

Can someone help me out? And I would really appreciate it if someone can also guide me step by step to install Simple ROM....

I know this is possibly a stupid question... but if i buy a note 3 LTE from verison.... (Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900V) that is essentially a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9005.... in specifications... so is it possible to flash any Note 3 N9005 rom... or am i only limited to roms developed for the SM-N900V????????????????????

So, I kinda' figured out on how to cobble up a kernel for the A31s, but upon attempting to build one based on the source taken from http://dl.linux-sunxi.org/SDK/A31/a3..._kfb_0k.tar.gz

While I managed to load up the default config and stuff, building it using the command make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=/root/CodeSourcery/Sourcery_G++_Lite/bin/arm-none-linux-gnueabi- results in this:

But i flash a rom to it, micromax a0910 idk if its thw right model.
Now the phone show that it only have 512mb ram instead of it actual ram which is 1gb. Is there a way to fix this? Or should i change back my rom/firmware? Can i have a list of the roms that are comoatible with my device? Is it possible to use the rom of another starmobile navi as my own rom? How?

Help needed.. topic

My brother has a S5 g900a.. he's stuck on 4.4.2, ND3.. won't allow the OTA which is only the small 170mb (which from what I read was a ssmall bug fix blah blah blah.. well 4.4.4 is out OA1, well he can't update to it cuz the only OTA available is the small 170mb update which downloads fine but fails the install.. no 170 update means no 4.4.4 update.. can he Odin back to NCE to fix the OTA issues?? Anyone had luck with this? We even tried to use the stock recovery - update.zip from ext SD OA1 and when he did and it rebooted it still showed 4.4.2 as his FW.. I've read and read and all I see are people having issues but no good answer.. thanks guys (BTW I'm not accustomed to ATT nor the S5. I'm TMo Note 2 (and other phones) awaiting my Note 4 arrival tomorrow)
