[Q] Flash without PC topic

Hi guys:
I have Chinese tablet Wintouch Q75S,yesterday I did "reset factory....." then it could't start :( it stuck at wintouch Screen
Unfortunately, USB port isn't working,so I can't flash stock rom using PC
Can I convert ROM.img to *.zip to flash it with stock recovery??
Is there any other solution??
