[Q] can I change the IMEI number for my device topic

Hello

I bought my LG G2 from a chinese website.

when the phone arrived I've checked the box for IMEI number

did not find anything on the box.

I found the IMEI number in the back cover,it matches the one I found under software information.

BUT I checked the IMEI number on a website it tells me the phone is D800 BUT the rom says D802??!!

how can I make sure? so I can know what to flash

notes:
-the phone appears not ROOTED (you can manipulate that ). no su
-Downloading mode says UNROOTED
-the phone does not have google services .and can't install them.(error)
-radio is not working.
-Build number KOT49I.D80220b
-software version D80220b-BUO xx
