I need help about Verizon Note 4 on T-mobile :( topic

I buy my Note 4 in Craigslist from a sealer. He said it Verizon unlocked. Yesterday, i try to use a T-mobile sim start kit, it can not activation because my Verizon Note 4 is reported stolen. i feel very up set. I tried to set APN in many ways, but it always show in pics. Now, sim card is still inside the phone, but T-mobile not work. What should i do? :(
