I Can't flash stock ROM on Odin for Samsung galaxy grand duos topic

Hello. Please help me. I want to go back to stock ROM. I followed the instructions on how to get back to stock ROM but the Odin always failed. I notice when I'm on the download mode there's a red text that says emmc. I don't know what it is. How can I go back to stock ROM. Please help. Thank you :)
