Hi guys.....
One of my friends had just purchased a new HTC desire 820
when someone calling him only the upper speaker works while ringing ,but when he play whatever videos or music files the two speakers works fine.
Is that issue a hardware or software issue .
what could he do to fix this issue !!!!
