[Q] Upgrade stock P7 to EMUI 3.0. topic

I'm coming from owning Samsungs in the past and I've loaded new ROM on them a few times, etc.

I've downloaded EMUI 3.0 from the official Huawei site.

How do I get it installed on my phone?
