[Q] problema lock patern (my kid's) worng mail usb debugging off topic

hello i have sonyxperia m2
my kid's lock the pattern
usb debuggin is off
no root
i forgot the pass for my mail acount
when connet via usb cable to pc dont found my device
so what can i do????
i tried pc companion or fl;ash tool from sony but nothing
