[Q] Need help to go back to stock! topic

Hi guys,

I need to go back to stock ROM and tried using the guide here on XDA but my phone refuses to allow me to add anything in the internal storage. I downloaded a Nandroid backup for my phone with the right cidnumber and version number but cannot copy it in to the internal storage! I would also add that for some reason my phone has almost use the entire internal memory so there is only 2GB left!?! When I open the camera, I get an error message saying that I can not save anything because I do not have any savings rights. Right now, I have flashed the Android Revolution HD 34.0 through ADB sideload with the toolkit. This my phone details:
