[Q] M7_UL PVT SHIP S-ON RH stuck! topic

Hi, -- hoping for help...

My M7_UL died/hung up during upgrade yesterday - and is now stuck when rebooting - gets the black screen with a red triangle and the exclamation mark in it.... I have no idea on what went wrong, factory resets etc. does not help -- so I need to bring it back somehow... Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
