[Q] Lg L9 P760 wont start,hard reset doesn't work.How can i make it work? topic

Hi my lg l 9 lp760 stoped working.I tryed changing the battery but it doesnt help,i tryed hard reset it doesnt work on it.It did drowned in water 2 years ago,but it worked completly fine since,well till now.What might be the problem?I have connected the phone to pc but i cant access it.
