[Q] Google Chrome homepage topic

Hey. i have problem with google chrome homepage. I downloaded random app and it changed my chrome homepage to " ". I deleted the app which did this to me, and reseted all chrome settings and deleted cache of it etc and its still the same homepage. How can i remove this?

EDIT: i cant post website the app changed for me. i dont have 10 posts.
