[Q] Does T-mobile customer service seem creepy nice to you? topic

I've had to call customer service alot for my wifes G3 lately and every person I talked to was really, really nice. I talked to about 5 different people and all of them were extremely sypathic and understanding. They actually gave me a wifi calling router (verdict still out) as well as making everything right. I actually started to feel bad for complaining. Any one else had that experience or thought that? I might just be paranoid, either way at least one of their services good :)
