I got my M8 about 5 weeks ago, and last night I noticed that there is a dead pixel, dead centre of the screen level with the bottom of the volume rocker. It's only visible when the screen is dark, like watching a film etc.
My network (3) told me to call HTC and go through them but I have a couple of questions:
1 - Based on your experience, how long will I be without my phone for?
2 - I have an iCarbons skin. Would I lose this when I send off my device? I don't really wanna have to pay for another one considering this one is perfectly fine :')
