[Q] cocktail bar service topic

I thought cocktail bar service was only supposed to he active when you have the samsung flip case on, and it was killing my battery so I went ahead and got a (beautifully made) seidio surface, but cocktail service is still active , killing my batteRy. How can I stop it?
