[Q] Clouds sync each other (GDrive Sky drive Mega) topic

We have very poor uploads -event can't imagine- in our country so upload is real torment like 30kb/s. I thought about I'll upload to google drive and an app make sync to sky drive, mega or anywhere else what I selected without my upload. This can make with Windows but I just wondering Is there a way make it on android. Please let me know.
