Hi there,
my Nexus 5 had some strange WLAN issues (not being able to connect to local servers) so eventually I tried to wipe date for a fresh start.
Well first thing I've tried was a hard reset. The screen that the phone is wiping data was shown for roughly 5 minutes, then the phone rebooted but still all data available.
Then I tried to do a software reset. The screen that the data is being wiped was shown for roughly 1 hour when I thought that something went wrong. I shut down the phone and tried to restart it - but to no avail.
Screen keeps being black and nothing happened. When I plugin the USB cable, the computer was showing an installation of a qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 (com3) driver, but still nothing I apparantly can do - just the black screen.
The phone wasn't rooted and running on stock (5.01 or 02?).
I have absolutly no idea about the whole flashing etc. but I really would like my phone back. Anyone has a clue / some guidance for me? :(
