[Q] Alcatel One Touch pop c3 second SIM lock GSM topic

Hello,
I have purchased a Alcatel One Touch pop c3 4033D from Orange Provider, its a dual SIM but i can use UMTS or HSDPA only with the Orange Sim card, for the other sim its only GSM.
is there any way to bypass it ?
