Hi, i tried to do the root in my device but it doesn't work. i was trying this tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto...nning-t2965507.
I have an moto G XT 1033 with lollipop 5.0.2 without unlock the bootloader, when i put it in fastboot mode and i try to run the root-windows there is no response from my device, there is a message: <waiting device> and nothing happens.
DO i need to unlock the bootloader?
What should i do to root my device?
And if i do this process it will go erase everything from my moto G?
I tried to put in fastboot mode with the minimal ADB file and the same message appears : <waiting device> but nothing happens.
