Possible SDS? topic

Hi guys, I have a problem with my note 2 which unfortunately has stopped working :( he was working normally when has freezed and the next reboot it stopped on the galaxy note 2 gt-n7100 screen. I tried to enter into recovery but nothing, enters only in download mode. Odin recognizes it correctly and I tried to flash the latest official rom but continually fail (I tried odin 3.09, 3.07 and 1.87) returning this log:

I thought of a problem of partition and I also added the file .pit with re-partition enabled but again fail:

The phone has the rom DN3 5 then the version of Android 4.3. Is a case of SDS? What do you think? Thank You
