Modem File for Any Rom ? topic

Odin Modem File ( http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/d...305DBTFNL1_DBT for Examble ) can be flashed over CM11 KK ( over any ROM ) ?
And, if it dont works, will the old Modem Files be restored by Nandroid Backup ?
