HTC M8 electrocuting. topic

Guys, I use AT&T HTC M8, today I got small electrocution when I picked up the phone while charging on a usb attached to my pc. The usb wire is a genuine sony z3 wire. I lost my htc one. Any idea as to why this is happening? I never seen it before. The only change that has been is that I yesterday converted my phone from sense to GPE device. But I don't suppose that is causing any problem.
