Help Troubleshoot BSOD topic

I recently purchased a refurbished Note Pro (AT&T 907A) on ebay for a very good price of 0.
The BSOD problem was known to me and did not pose a problem, I took into account another two weeks to send the device back to Samsung for repair.

Once the unit arrived, I've put it through a rigorous stress test of cpu, gpu and ram using various utilities and games available on the app store.
I was surprised that the BSOD did not occur and was quite please with my purchase.

However a few days later I installed an application that I use throughout all my devices "Owncloud Pro" and to my surprise a few minutes later the unit restarted.
After rebooting, I began running stress tests again with Owncloud Pro running in the background. I received several more BSODs during these tests.

I removed Owncloud Pro and did those same tests again with no BSOD.
The conclusion it would seem is that the app was causing some sort of problem.
However I still have doubts because BSOD is a sign of a hardware problem which may have been triggered by a software event.

Maybe the problem lies in writing/reading the sdcard since kitkat is so restrictive when communicating with sd card.
Also I used an app to unblock the kitkat restrictions towards sd card usage.

Could someone please check if the app "Owncloud Pro" is causing your Note Pro device to BSOD.

Note: This is not the official owncloud app, but I am using this on other devices without any ill effect.
