Flashing WWE RUU on T-Mob101? topic

Hi Guys,
im on ViperRom 2.5 and want to install LeeDroid Lollipop Rom and for that i need to update to latest HTC WWE 4.16.401.10 firmware.
Can i just flash the Ruu or do i have to change my CID?
I can't read out my main-version, cause of a TWRP bug, i think?
Can anyone tell me what i should do? :) Thanks!
