I'm kinda between the Nexus 6 and the HTC One M9, but I think I'll go with the nexus 6, in case I'd like to give the phone back (before the 14 days return period passes) , where would it be easier to get a refund? Amazon? Mediamarkt? Saturn? Google play ? Also apart from google play, where do you get newer batch of devices? I've had bad experiences with fresh out the factory devices, I had a defective motorola milestone and a defective galaxy nexus , thanks for the help! ;)
