I love my G3, but the USB port now only charges intermittently.
I filled out the support form on the LG website, expecting to get a free (warranty) or a reasonable charge repair fee. The phone is about 10 months old. LG responded to my support request by saying I should take it to Verizon.
I called Verizon, who said I should take it to the mall, and have someone there fix it ?!
Are those really the options? I think LG should fix it for free, or at least for some reasonable fee.
