98.18.78 can't unlock bootloader? topic






So according to my reading, there's no way to unlock the bootloader if I'm at 98.18.78 or beyond, correct? Does this mean no KitKat also, not even stock? I can get root on my 4.1.2 Razr M, but motopocolypse, etc. fails to get me an unlocked bootloader; status remains locked at 0.
