Ok, I have the sgh-i337m, found a nifty lollipop rom and downloaded and flashed it, everything's good. On that rom in the settings>about section, it said the model number was the i9505g, and I just assumed they were basically the same phone. I decided I wanted to try MIUI again, and looked on their site. I couldn't find one for the i337m, so i downloaded the i9505 version. Flashed it and whatnot, and it gets stuck on the booting animation. I thought okay no big deal, and tried restoring my lollipop rom. The restore looked like everything went well (the lollipop boot animation was playing), but it never booted up. I left it for hours. I thought ok time to cut my losses and downloaded a stock sasktel i337m firmware and fired up odin and download mode, and it isnt showing up on odin now and i'm realizing im an idiot. Also, it says 'Write Protection: Enabled' while in download mode, if that means anything. Anyone had this issue? Please tell me my phone isn't dead just yet. If you have any other questions about it, just ask, I'll be sitting at home all day bashing my head on my phone until it boots up.

I apologize for the bad title,

When I connect to my Mi Band via BT, my WiFi stops functioning. If I disable BT, WiFi starts working, but then I can't connect to BT. I'm on 5.0.2, and I had CM12, and I also tried Slim Rom, but the issue persisted across both ROMs.

Does anyone have an idea as to what could be causing this?

[Q] Google Keyboard doesn't show up (XT1033) topic

Good morning/afternoon/evening guys.
Yesterday (26/02/15) I was typing and, after I finished, clicked the back button to close the keyboard, but instead of closing, it bugged, leaving the back button facing down, as to close the keyboard, and the mini keyboard of options on the lower left. The device locked, and since I use a letter password, I wasn't able to unlock it. I tried rebooting, but now it doesn't show up, and I can't unlock it.
Today, however, I tried to use the Guest account, and I was able to use the keyboard, so the problem is only with my main user.
What can I do? Hard reset is not an option (for now), since I still need to make a backup.

i my s3 was on a lollipop cm based rom (bean stalk i think)
i used odin to bring it to stock nj2 (from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...hable-t3007847 )

now when i try to boot up my phone its is stuck
on the screen that says samsung (the font is pulsing) and my led is pulsing blue and cyan

any help would be apreciated

[Q] Always On "OK Google" Hotword detection on phone doesn't co-exist with Moto 360 topic

I've searched high and low for a resolution to this issue but I can't figure it out. I have a nexus 6 on the latest 5.0.1 and the Google search APK that was just released today. I also have the 5.0.2 update for my Moto 360. Here is the issue.

When I turn the "Always On" hotword detection ON on my Nexus 6, when I try to use my Moto 360 to perform an "Ok Google" action when the Nexus' screen is off (or on, it matters not) both devices activate their voice recognition and they cannot process this. The little infuriating spinning icon appears on both the Nexus 6 Screen and the Moto 360 and nothing happens. Both devices are stuck.

Does this happen to anyone else? I really want my 360 to be the active device when its screen is on, and the nexus to be the active device when the 360 screen is off but it seems that this is not possible.

Does anyone else have a problem with this?

[Q] Screen doesn't stay on anymore topic

When I bought the watch back in November, the screen would stay ON all the time. I know it to be a fact because I used to leave it on a desk without ever touching it (for hours) and it would always display the time (it was like having a desk clock, for when I would rather not wear it to have more comfortable wrists while writing or that sort of things).

Also in the train (I used to travel a lot in that period) I would leave the watch hung on the wall while sleeping (at night) and it would not turn itself off, so I could check the time in case I woke up in the middle of the night, without neededing to reach for the watch.

Recently (it was January) I noticed that it does not work like that anymore. After a very short time, the watch screen goes off. It is still in standby: it goes back on if I touch it or press the button.....but I want it to stay on 'without limits' (in dimmed mode). It was like that before.

Somehow this is the behaviour of the 'keep screen always ON' setting.....but in fact, that setting is already set to 'ON'.

So is there some kind of firmware update that changed this behaviour? I would like the clock to not go off when it is not on my wrist, sometimes I just need to keep track of time AND have my wrists free....and it is not possible anymore.

so some channels on TVPlayer app only works via wifi. i use the app on my android tv box to stream live channels like bbc, itv etc etc. is there a mod to this app or maybe a spoof to make the channel work via ethernet? cos i've tried 'Fake Wifi Connection' modules from Xposed and it works only on certain apps like BBC iPlayer and Tune In Radio but not TVPlayer. i think TVPlayer is a much better app cos it lets u stream different live channels, plus iPlayer and ITV Player is not stable on my tv box. Ethernet is better than Wifi anyway. anyone can help me out?

Hi i've got a quite annoying issue
If i turn my HTC one on and i wait a bit,i won't be able to write my pin code because the touchscreen doesn't work,the hover buttons are unusable as well.
I thought at the beginning this problem was only during the startup but since a week i notice that sometimes when i let it to long in standby my touchscreen doesn't work and i'm blocked on the lockscreen.
I'm on viper one 7.0.2 with Elemenatx kernel and i'm S-OFF

Hi,

I have this problem for a while and have no idea what caused it. Phone has never been rooted or anything.
Normally when charging the light would change its color from 0 to 15, 15 to 90, and over 90 percentage respectively in red, orange to green.
In my case it won't show any light form 0 to 15, at 15 the light turns green and stays green up to 100.
Hard reset didn't solve the problem.
I was wondering if anyone has come accross this problem before and has any idea where the fault would lie.
Apart from this the phone is working perfectly and have no issues with battery life.

I got a Note 8.0 and I tried to start it. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 sign appears and then the tablet freezes.
I can enter the download mode (everything is official there), but not the recovery mode.

What did I tried to do:

• I flashed several recoveries (CivZ-Touch-6.0.4.4., CWM-Recovery, philz_touch_6.07.9, TWRP-2850 and stock recoveries) which worked.


• I flashed two different stock ROMs with odin and the passed, but the tablet still does not start


• Tried to root tablet with "CF-Auto-Root-konawifi-konawifixx-gtn5110", also passed with odin. A red Android man appeared and it told me something like mount error.

Does anyone have another approach? If not, I will return the tablet.

I have flashed lollipop and then after a day i flashed xposed , then my device got real slow and laggy and storage is full.

SO i restored lollipop backup using TWRP , but then moto e stuck after boot animation !! What i have to do?

Can i restore Stock firmware using adb. SOme one said it will brick your device... please tell me !!
