screen doesn't respond if i'm too slow topic

Hi i've got a quite annoying issue
If i turn my HTC one on and i wait a bit,i won't be able to write my pin code because the touchscreen doesn't work, the hover buttons are unusable as well.
I thought at the beginning this problem was only during the startup but since a week i notice that sometimes when i let it to long in standby my touchscreen doesn't work and i'm blocked on the lockscreen.
I'm on viper one 7.0.2 with Elemenatx kernel and i'm S-OFF

[Q] Android is slow to respond to the ping. Poor network operates. How to fix? topic

Actually the whole essence of the problem is clearly visible in the picture, unlike the desktop OS,
Android is much worse than working with the network and the response time of the device strongly floats:

speedtest.net also confirms the problem is, there is much lower speed and ping above and parameters during the test swim.
machine on which to run the tests, the AP is connected to the cable, all other devices connected to the screenshot Wi-FI.
