[Ask] Digital Tv App for XT1069 topic

Guys, anyone could release a patch to include the Digital tv mobile app on XT1069 custom Roms?

I really want this app, but I can't find a way to install it. I prefer to use a custom ROM, and the app is only present on stock.

If anyone find or release a method, please share. Thanks
