[Q] crown job to circumvent 4.4 SD write restriction topic

Hopefully I'm not re-asking this.
Having said that, let me ask this.
How feasible is it to set up a cron job (or some equivalent) on Android 4.4 which would invoke the copy function of ES File manger?
This is the only app that I have found that will write to the SD card. Currently I am cut/paste manually.
Didn't know if the process could be automated.
