With no SD Card, how do we flash ROMs and stuff like that?! topic

With all rumors pointing to no sd card on the S6 how do you flash ROMs?? I ask this bc then everything (pics, app/data, nandroids, flashables, etc.) will all have to be stored on the phone's internal sd card. So when you clean wipe your phone for a fresh install wouldn't everything just be deleted, including the ROM you were gonna flash lol?!

All of my previous phones have had sd cards so I'm inexperienced when it comes to no sd card!

A dot view case like the one for the HTC M8 but for the Nexus 6? topic

So since you guys know , the nexus 6 is HUGE and I like using skinny jeans, basically a terrible combination , to walk around town or ride the train the nexus 6 can fit on the jeans, the problem arises when I ride my bike (which I often do) I feel like I'm going to bend the phone or it is just gonna slip out of my pocket and hit the pavement, so I carry it on my backpack, but I don't want it to get scratched.

I was thinking about getting a pouch, but I use the GPS quite a bit while riding so I want something like the HTC Dot View case, which I think looks great and it protects the back of the phone and the screen and still lets me use the phone while I'm on the run, the most similar thing I have found are wallter cases, but is not really what i want, what would you guys recommend?

Cache never wipes, just sits there like it's working topic

Noticed my Moto x was feeling kind if laggy all day so I went to wipe the cache. After about 15 minutes of sitting there with "wiping cache" on the screen with the little bars animating I finally reset it with the power button. I've never had it take this long before.

Now if I go back in and try it again it doesn't even say "wiping cache" it just had the Android guy and the little animated bars, and it never progresses.

Any ideas? Phone is still kind of laggy.

[Q] Flip to mute on call (like HTC)??? topic

Is it possible to implement flip to mute a ringtone during incoming call into the stock Rom? I tried few apps, but they won't recover from mute (goes to silent mode) once the call is made or a missed call happens... Also i miss calls after the mute happens because the ringtone doesn't get restored & the phone goes to silent mode.
For reference, i suggest HTC phone. HTC phones has this feature which is very useful. I would really love to have this in Yureka.:)

Just Rooted and flashed CloudyG3 1.2 on my D851r and it seems like nothing changed topic

I just rooted, wiped, and flashed CloudyG3 1.2 for my D851r and it seems like i'm not even on a custom ROM. Is it supposed to feel like this? Where is all the power? I don't see any options for customizing my phone with different features. Where is the custom menu in settngs?

Moreover even though i have root access i cannot uninstall certain apps in the settings -> general -> apps. Some apps like LG Smartworld i can only disable but i cant uninstall them. I thought cloudy was supposed to be debloated, why does it include stuff like Music, and LG Smartworld, and QuickMemo+? I only chose to install google apps during the Aroma install, so why do these all still exist and how do i completely uninstall them? (not just disable).

Thanks!

[Q]What would you like? topic

Currently I am working on a ROM for myself and the community so I thought I would ask you guys/girls one question. What would you like to see on the Note 4? Let's be realistic on the request and I will try my best to add everything within reason.

[Q][AOSP] build like stock based on AOSP topic

Hi,
I want to build AOSP including google apps/services to make a similar factory image as possible as.
First time, I just build a AOSP with sevral google apps but It's very insufficient.
(code.google.com/p/aosp4nexus5/wiki/AOSPforNexus5)

I can see some error logs because of missing libraries, apks.
and I found that many proprietary blobs are not founded on AOSP.
Maybe I can porting it one by one manually , but it seems very annoying work...

I just want to build AOSP with google apps for nexus 5 5.0.1.
I'm a noob and worry about my silly question.
Are there any easy way for it?
Also very little tweaked custum rom should helped me.

Thank you.
