moto g bootlooping and not wiping cache topic

I have a moto g(xt1033).
so i tried to installed xposed by flashing the zip via recovery. after that, i wiped the dalvik and system cache. then i try to reboot into the system. but then, it just keeps flashing the "warning boot loader unlocked" symbol. then i try to boot into recovery. that doesnt work too. so i connected it to my PC and i factory reset the phone using android sdk. and now the phone is bootlooping :3 . so i try to enter recovery. it enters recovery! then i try to wipe cache or i try to factory reset...and it throws an error saying "unable to mount storage".
what should i do? please help!

Cache never wipes, just sits there like it's working topic

Noticed my Moto x was feeling kind if laggy all day so I went to wipe the cache. After about 15 minutes of sitting there with "wiping cache" on the screen with the little bars animating I finally reset it with the power button. I've never had it take this long before.

Now if I go back in and try it again it doesn't even say "wiping cache" it just had the Android guy and the little animated bars, and it never progresses.

Any ideas? Phone is still kind of laggy.
