[Q] Battery replacement for AT&T S3 topic

I'm sure this must have been covered years ago, but...I have a Galaxy 3 . Love it, but the battery is showing its age. I've checked this forum for battery threads, and the ultimate choice seems to be Anker 2200 mah. However, it appears it is no longer available anywhere. I don't necessarily want a larger capacity battery, and certainly don't want to have to replace the back panel of the phone. Are there any other really good replacement batteries out there? I see tons of them, all make in China, with fair to poor reviews. Any suggestions?

Tmobile Note 4 on AT&T topic

Hey guys, I have a buddy who works for rent a center, he hooked me up with a tmobile note 4 and assured me it would work on AT&T. I've tried everything, it connects just fine, for about 3 minutes and then disconnects? But it is reading my sim. After 3 minutes though it disconnects and reconnects constantly. I'm beginning to think I need to sim unlock it.

Any ideas? Or has anyone gone through this? I'm not getting a sim unlock message either? Even after a reboot. And the phone is stock. Not rooted yet. Will root sim unlock it? With a different rom?

I don't use a lot of data maybe about 50MB-250MB, I use about 25-175 minutes a Month, AT&T has Data Connect Pass, 1GB for last 90 days. I use Google Voice currently and have it set up in hangouts.
Would it be possible to use the Connect Pass in the phone without AT&T throwing a fit? Would they be able to decent I'm using a Smartphone?

Hi all, I have a Sprint note 4 and love it. However I also have a Go Phone sim from work and want to use this Note 4 on that network.
I have looked all over the web for days and can't find the answer - can the Sprint Note 4 be SIM unlocked for domestic USA use for AT&T?
I know that the radios are there for every network (much like a Google Nexus phone has all radios)...

[Q] Finding ESN on a AT&T HTC One M8 topic

Bought an M8 in pretty dire shape after someone 'tried' to do a glass only screen repair without removing the screws...

Anyways so the screen is toast and i can't get a very good connection to the usb (think prying...a lot)

Anywhere the ESN might be printed? I really dont want to tear it down if its stolen, but i will if i have to. I only paid so its not a huge loss, but i want to make sure its not stolen before i put 0 into it.

[Q] Tmobile 4gLTE for AT&T UNLOCKED G900A topic

I've been searching far and wide.. Each theory to understand the failures that's inside. DUN DUN
So, anyways I have an AT&T unlocked and currently using it for TMOBILE.
I've read things from build.props changes to flashing band radios such as .33 to try to obtain 4gLTE.
Also changing APN settings. Went through t-mobile services at least 5 times through live chat and calling.
Went through AT&T live chat. EVEN WENT AS FAR TO CONTACT SAMSUNG.
Every attempt failed to help me achieve 4gLTE for Tmobile using the unlocked AT&T s5.
People said they are able to use their AT&T phones and have LTE for Tmobile.
But on the other hand people said it is not possible because the 2 carriers use different bands or radio towers or whatever.

So, can someone please tell me is there a solution to having and keeping LTE for T-mobile using an unlocked AT&T phone. It's been about 3 days of search after work and this search for the philosopher stone is tiring.

Nexus 6 - MMS and SMS issues - Straight Talk AT&T topic

So I got my Nexus 6 in a few days ago after my Note 2 was murdered. I've been getting MMS but I cannot download the attachment for some reason. I can't send pictures either. Also, I frequently get a lot of 'message not sent' errors. I've checked my APN settings and used several variants of the APN codes, but I still can't figure it out. Its a brand new Sim Card.

Anyone had this issue before? Anyone know how to fix it?

[Q] AT&T GS5 SM-G900A SD Card Issues topic

So, I've got a weird problem. Anything moved to my SD within the phone OS is deleted (or super hidden, non accessible), pretty much instantly. If I copy something over from internal storage it will be gone very quickly, it just disappears, no errors, just gone. I have not done a factory restore and would like to avoid if possible, but if needed I can easily do it. It is rooted on 4.4.2, pretty much the only thing I have done to it using root capabilities is to enable external SD card access through apps other than My Files. I know something I did there could easily have messed this up but I am stumped. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

No H+, LTE or MMS on AT&T topic

So I can't get LTE or hspa+ to work on my n5 using at&t. MMS doesn't work either.

Hspa works fine. 6mb down and 1mb up. Which is fine for me. But still strange. This is a new at&t Sim. So its not a simcard issue. I just recently got data on my account. Because before it was just a minutes only plan and I kinda cheated the system and got a unlocked phone, simply poped my Sim in and thats it.

S4 i9505 Orange need to flash US AT&T rom topic

Hello!

I bought my mom an inexpensive S4 and it came with Orange wireless service provider and it's in French out for the box.
It's having some problem suck as MMS issues and all that, not to mention it's just being a pain in the butt to work with.

I want to flash the stock AT&T ROM to it ASAP so she will stop yelling at me about it, but I can't seem to find a copy around here. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong areas, but I would appreciate some help locating it, thanks!

Also, it's been a while since I have done any ROM changes, so maybe showing me how they do it now would be helpful as well, thanks.

I backed up my phone and have had troubles restoring a rom, although I don't have access to it at the moment, if I restore a backup I made with htc sync manager will it restore the rom I had? and if not, I've had troubles installing a rom with a .zip, because every rom I find is for a different bootloader (I have 1.6) and .exe's fail because my bootloader is unlocked. if I relock it should the .exe work regardless of the bootloader version. if neither of these would work, what do you suggest I do? I'd send it in to htc but they estimated 0, then another person said 0 is average, but it could be up to 0 just to fix it, and at that price I could almost buy another (sorry if these are easy questions)
