Windows XBMC to Chromecast, without "Cast Screen" option. topic

So I am trying to watch live streams on xbmc on my windows pc and cast them to my chromecast, without the "experimental" cast screen option with the ChromeCast chrome extension.

Chromecast doesnt support flv so is there a way to link it with vlc?

I checked out most of available apps on the Play Store and can't find the right one.
I remember using one long time ago, 'Fullscreen ID' application where I could change size and position of answer/decline buttons. Do you know it's name ? or something with similar features ?

I got a coolpad 7620L and wanted to connect adb.
When I click USB debugging on the developers options, I got "Need to produce more than 5 minutes to open the ADB" dialogbox.
Does anybody know what this means? How can I enable USB debugging?

Lumia 520 - Unable to find a bootable option topic

A friend has asked me to look at this Nokia Lumia 520, apparently it turned on one day and displayed this error message "unable to find a bootable option. Press any key to shutdown"



Nokia Software Update for Retial recognises the phone and says software can be installed:



This downloads fine and starts the install process, however always fails with the message "phone not supported by nokia software updater retail"

I have also tried using NaviFirm+, searching for the product code 059S3T5 which lets me download the RM914_3058.50000.1425.0006_RETAIL_eu_euro1_327_06_ 452364_prd_signed firmware.

However i'm unable to flash this with the Nokia Care Suite, it states: 0xFA001106: Signature check of FFU file fails. Reason(s): The FFU file is not correctly signed or not signed for this device.



Has anyone got any suggestions on what else i can try to flash this firmware? or to try fix the phone?

I was following the tutorial here Flash/unbrand Lumia devices thinking if the firmware was re flashed all would be fine.

Z2 Network manager option not available topic

Hi guys, I bought z2 from dubai, when i came for vacation in india, it is not working as it is not taking any sim cards in india, i flashed it with al most all versions ftf but still it is not taking any sim cards. There is no (X) in sim lock but all figures are 0. When i tried to search the network mannualy, i found that there is no option for selecting network mannually. so guys please help to find a solution.

How to get "Settings" option in some apps? topic

Hi,
please how to get settings option in some apps that don´t have settings button? On my Samsung Siii there is standard Option button that allows me to acces settings and options in all apps. But Z3C has only - Back button, Home Button and Last apps button and I haven´t found standard way how to acces settings as default by Sony.
Some apps like ie "Silent timer" don´t have their own settings button and I´m not able to turn off notification etc.

Hey guys, I can't seem to find out how to enable install from zip in recovery mode. My phone is rooted and I've tried ROM and TWRP manager but neither have enabled this option. I am using the Note 3 N9005. If anyone would know how to install the custom ROM Echoe Rom v.22 that would be helpful.
