[Q] i9305 Boeffla Sound random noise topic

Hi guys.
When I'm using Boeffla Sound on i9305 Android 4.4.4 with Agni kernel,
I occasionally heard some random and short white noise coming out when I'm playing music.
It occurs once a week. The noise only lasts for 0.1sec but it's very loud!
Is there any way to solve the problem without turning Boeffla Sound off?

Low battery sound, remove it topic

So this phone, like many, sound at 15%, 10% and 5% of battery life. I went to root/system/media/audio/ui and located LowBattery.ogg and renamed it to LowBattery.ogg.bak but then the phone defaults to another sound which I cannot for the life of me locate on the phone. I have searched and played all .ogg files on the phone and none sound like the sound it plays if you remove/rename the LowBattery.ogg file. So I found a work around. I found an .ogg file that plays 1 second of pure silence. I take no credit for the creation of this file I just can't remember where I got it to credit the author.

First you must have root. Then download the attached .rar file, extract the silent.ogg file and copy it to root/system/media/audio/ui. Rename it to LowBattery.ogg. Problem solved. No more annoying low battery sound. I am sure this also works for other phones.

OTA Lollipop breaks notification sound topic

Updated my T-mobile Galaxy S5 to Lollipop yesterday and now notification sound is stuck on default whistle sound, ignoring my custom sound even though it's the one selected as default notification sound. It worked fine before the update, and my custom ringtone works after the update. I attempted clearing cache settings in Storage and rebooting, but that has not worked.

I have a sony xperia z1.
H have 2 problem that first one is most important.

I've got a problem with my Note 3 where there is no sound or mic input either on the device or via headphones. I updated from CM12 official to a Note 4 rom based on Lolipop. I have tried going back to CM12 to no avail, now with an added stutter/freeze. I have tried updating the baseband and modem, neither of which have helped. I'm hoping it's some sort of software issue judging by the freezing i'm now getting. Any ideas?

Bluetooth sound quality issues topic

Has anybody been having problems with Bluetooth sound quality? On calls, other end gets a really bad echo, and I get a bit of static on my end. Just came from a Nexus 5 and then HTC One m8, headset is a Moto hx550, and it was crystal clear on both. Latest radio, tried factory reset and different roms, all sound the same.

I dont know is it only happening to me or not but speaker loudness is very low. And if I hear very closely then I think the speaker crackles but very very slow, without hearing closely cant be noticeable.
Is it happening to all yureka users? or only for me?

Anyone having this issue after updating to lollipop? I am stock, unrooted. I have searched a lot on this issue and can't seem to find my exact problem. I have checked settings and everything looks correct. Basically at random times throughout the day, my sound mode turns itself to "Priority Interruptions Only". Anyone?

[Q] Bluetooth headset poor sound quality topic

Hi,

I have a Wiko Darkfull with stock rom and plan to buy a bluetooth headset, and have tested with three different Bluetooth headset (all new) and the sound that others hear is very bad...
With the 3 models, the sound that I heard is very good, but the person on the other side says that barely realize what I say, the sound is very bad and distorted.
In the store we tested 4 headset, two of the same brand and two other different, and always the same thing...

It's happened to anyone else? Solutions?

when I tap the back of the phone there is a bit of a rattle sound coming from the camera area
it is present when the camera is active....can't hear it when i shake the phone however...

Modified build.prop now no system sound topic

I made sure not to change anything else except for the lcd density to 540 but after restarting phone I can't get system touch feedback to work. It only work when I'm on a voice call with speakerphone on, then I can hear it. My little bros phone did the same thing.

Anyone know which string in build.prop changes that back to default.. Not speakerphone per say?

[Q] MT7-TL10 B121 build-in SIP - No Sound topic

Have anyone tried to use build-in SIP client aka Internet calling? In my case it works, but without any sound. It doesn't matter if it's over WiFi or mobile network, so it's not network configuration. And yes, I've tried both UDP and TCP options. Even more, build-in SIP on Samsung on the same network, with the same SIP provider and with the same Android 4.4.2 works perfectly. Third-party clients are working also, but it's not convenient.

Any thoughts?

No sound through speakers (only speakerphone and bluetooth) topic

Hello, I have searched for days looking for anyone else with this issue, but have found no solutions.

At random times, my phone will not be able to play audio through the speakers, but plugging in headphones will work, as well as audio through bluetooth. Audio from phone calls will not work either, unless I am using a bluetooth headset. I have reset the phone as well and the issue is still not resolved. Also, I am unable to reproduce the issue; it just happens randomly.

After every reboot, I get sound from the speakers for an arbitrary amount of time, so I believe that rules out a hardware issue??

I am on Android 4.4.3, Bonestock 5.3 with latest radio. I was on Elite Kernel before and the problem was still there.
I have attached a logcat as well of trying to play music through Pandora. If anything is needed to debug the problem, please ask and I will provide.

Has anyone else encountered or have heard of this issue?

Hi. I was just wondering if there is a way to add custom sound to bootanimation on CM12 Roms, or any other ROMS for that matter. Please let me know if there is a way.

Gear sound alive on other Bluetooth headsets? topic

Just looking for a way to use the gear circle sound alive app with the LG tone infinium headset. If not possible than can anyone recommend a eq app that's works the same as sound alive?
