[Q] play store purchases gone after CM12 install? topic

i have a nexus 4,just went to install CM12 nightly for it (from official cyanogenmod page). after a few color inversion problems and some elbow grease,i went to the play store to download my games again. they were still in the "My Apps" section but i had to purchase them again... couldn't use anything else but paypal either (it's empty now so i can't use it).
i've never modded any of these apps with freedom or anything. help pls?

I really can not install any apps in windows store. It goes error again and again even though my internet speed is quite fast. I already checked my time, region and everything I did but all was no to avail. Anybody knows how to fix this issue or at least can I download manually apps using download manager? I am currently using Windows 10 technical preview after upgrading from windows 7. :crying: :(

New Google P Store "gifts" topic

Just received the 5.2.13 P Store update.

I was in trouble for a moment, because I needed to install any "Sd fix" app for a new sd on my tab 4 Sammy.
I saw that it's impossible to install ANY of these apps. The Store does a force close.

I had work around: uninstall updates, and quickly install Sdfix apps before the spontaneous update.

You are advised: Google doesn't like "Sd fixes" anymore... Maybe we're going to need an "Sdfix-fix"

I'm wondering how many time Ggle will keep allowing to install ANY Root app...

When this arrive, time to buy an iPhone....

[Q] Samsung Galaxy App Store, where is it? topic

So I have a stock unrooted Note 4. On TouchWiz I have two widgets, Galaxy Apps Essentials, and Galaxy Apps Gifts, both of these widgets take me to a page showing some apps, and then there is a see more Galaxy Apps link at the bottom. Clicking that link takes me to Samsungs App store. I can not find an App just for the Galaxy App Store though. Is there suppose to be one? Is there a way to get to it that I don't know? On my Note 10.1 2014 there is a Galaxy App store apk and app installed that lets me update these apps.

Going to the Samsung page to download the APK like I found elsewhere, there is nothing there for my phone.

Any ideas? Right now I want to use a non stock launcher, but that disables the widgets to get to the store.

I just unroot my xoom to stock android 4.0.4 using official rom, at first, it has previous Google play version which works without problem. But then, it was upgraded to latest version google play store which only worked in 'tall position', but it will crash when i rotated my xoom to wide position.

I just reset my tablet to factory stock so I can give it to my mother-in-law. I'm having issues with the play store updating itself, the play store is now unusable, keeps crashing whenever i try to install an app. Kind of at a loss on what to do next.

History: This device was rooted and running CM11.
Problem: I tried loading CM12 but Google Play Services and Play Store apps were missing after the install. (As part of the install I formatted /system and did a factory reset.)

I've tried reloading CM11 but have the same problem - so I've switch back to CM12.

gapps: I've tried various gapps packages, including cm12_gapps-lp-20141109-signed.zip

Q: Why are these two apps missing?

When I going into Settings / Accounts there is no option to create a Google account. I presume this is because Play Services is missing. Is this correct?

With regard to gapps: I've tried not loading that zip and installing Play Services from a downloaded APK (http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-...-apk-download/). This purports to be version 6.7.76. This gives the following:

Hello, yesterday I was stupid and I installed lucky patcher, but I have Freedom before install lucky patcher!
Well, I tested lucky patched but I didn't liked it, I uninstalled it and now freedom have a problem!
Every time I try buy coins or characters in a game, the game stop or just don't buy the coins/characters and say "Google Play Store stopped working", on Real Racing 3 everytime I go to store the game crash!
Please help me!

I just found that I can buy characters/coins in every game, (but not in real racing 3, because the game crash) if I exit the game and re-open the game, but after installing lucky patcher it wasn't necessary did this steps:
1- Buy coins
2-Wait game crash and open again
3-Coins received!

Before install lucky patcher, the steps were:
1-Buy coins
2-Accept
3-Be happy

I need help and fast! Please help me! :crying:

Play store not working after app updates topic

I had some app updates today so started them going but after a couple it crashed and since then I haven't been able to open the Play Store. Even after clearing the dalvik-cache and rebooting, I get popups saying it's crashed as soon as it finishes booting and if I try to open it, so I've got no way of getting into it.

Anyone know how to fix this rather major problem?

I had some issues uninstalling xposed on my HTC One M8 that was recently updated to lollipop so I reverted back to a stock lollipop rom directly from Telus. Every time I try and download an app from the Play Store I get the following message.
"nameofapp" could not be downloaded due to an error. (Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-7 :AEC-7])

This is what I have tried so far:
- Clear cache on Google Play Services (Framework) and Google Play Store
- removed update from Google Play Store
- updated Play Store manually to newest APK
- rebooted in between these steps
- removed Google Account + cleared cache + all data for all Google Apps and services

Sometimes when I reboot it will let me update or download 1-3 apps, then it will just bring back that error. I'm at a loss as to what I should try as googling this error brings up the same solutions every single time. Other then this issue the phone itself appears to be functioning properly. My phone is unlocked and rooted but I do not have xposed or any other custom mods running. I'm also using the latest version of TWRP. I have also noticed that sometimes when I disconnect from wifi and attempt to download from 4G the download actually goes through. Not exactly a solution as I have limited data available to me. Any ideas?

DPI change: problems with Google Keyboard and Play Store topic

I am trying to change DPI but for each value I get two displaying problems (see attached screnshots):

1. In play store some icons are pretty big and screw layout
2. In google keyboard the three dots on the middle suggested word are too big and overlap the suggested word

So im trying to search for an app in my Play store. And whenever i search for example "Facebook" It would instantly search on "Books" and not on "Apps"

So I'm having two pretty major problems with my phone.
1. The Music app doesn't work.
2. My screen goes blank during a call, and I cannot hang up

1. When i tap the Music icon, it "bumps," but nothing happens. If I use Firefly to check a song, and click the store link, it will open, and I can buy the song. But if I try to go to my media from there, the app crashes.
2. I'm assuming my prox sensor is locked or something? As soon as I begin a call, the screen goes black. The only way I can hang up is to hold the power button for 40s to force a shutdown, or if my headset is handy, I can switch it on and that will reactivate the screen.

I have contacted Amazon support about issue #1 and the first question the support girl asked was if I had installed any third-party apps through the Google Play Store. She said that she had seen this issue before and that was always the culprit.

Has anyone else experienced these issues? Any way to track down what app is causing them?

I used Titanium backup and changed "Play store and play services" to user apps. After that I changed back to system app and I cannot use play store.

Unfortunately, play store/play services has stopped.

I tried to remove and install both. I tried to clear cache. But still having same problem.

Can I know how to solve?

Play Store Download Progress bar issue and Volume rocker button topic

I'm facing two issues

1. Everytime when i download from Play Store the progress bar is not showing its download % in notification drawer. Anyone else facing this issue? You can find it in attachment.
