[Q] GT-i9500 UK Firmware? topic

Hi just been looking all over the internet for stock firmware for gt-i9500 for the UK, but I want it unbranded. i'm in the process of downloading the russian version but i don't know how this will affect the use of the phone.

So if anyone knows where I can get unbranded UK firmware for the i9500 please help me out, thanks!

[Q] Problem after downgrade Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) from Lollipop to Kitkat topic

I was having problem after downgrade Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) from Lollipop (5.0.1) to Kitkat (4.4.2).

1. Null imei


2. No network service


3. Baseband unknown

[gt-i9500] imei certi fail topic

Im having problem with imei certificate.
*#0011#
When i update phone or flash it via Odin.
Or flash a custom rom i get imei certi fail problem and i have to send it to local mobile repairing store.
He repairs it by Z3x box.
I have done backup of whole rom using both Twrp nad philipz recovery still when i restore the full backup with efs i have imei certi fail. Which course no service.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME HOW DO I BACKUP THE IMEI CERI FILE.

please help I want to upgrade it to 5.0

Want to flash raw stock on Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 topic

Hi there,

I am fairly new in android and ask for some guidance.

After over 1.5 years of getting irritated by bloatware on my galaxy S4 GT-I9500 I started to look for how to root phone and got rid off plenty of bloatware.

Huge relief. I mean, why the hell do I need tripadvisor, help, health, googlesettings, speech and tens of other completely useless apps (for me). If I need something I want to install it by myself and don't want it to be forced onto phone which I paid from my pocket.

Now, when I last time hard reset my phone, it "kindly" upgraded all the nonsense bloatware too. Grrrrr :eek:

I looked on the forums to flash raw android stock, but there is so much info out there, that I get lost.

Could you suggest, where/how should I start. So, I want completely raw android OS, without any bloatware (if possible), on my galaxy S4 GT-I9500.

Enable "POPUP - Incoming Call "| Samsung Galaxy S4 | GT-I9500 | LolliPop | 5.0.1 | topic

Prerequisites
1. Pre-rooted S4 I9500 with Lollipop 5.0.1 official stock firmware.
2. Enable Unknown Sources [Allow installation of applications from both trusted and unknown sources]
You can find this option under Security
3. SQLite_Editor (Download From Attached File and install in your Device]

Enabling Popup for Incoming Call
1. Open SQLLite_Editor.
2. Choose APPS -> Settings Storage -> Settings.db -> System
3. Click on Search and Type popup_incoming_call
4. Change the Value from 0 to 1.
5. Save and Exit

Disabling Popup for Incoming Call
1. Open SQLLite_Editor.
2. Choose APPS -> Settings Storage -> Settings.db -> System
3. Click on Search and Type popup_incoming_call
4. Change the Value from 1 to 0.
5. Save and Exit

NOTE:
